Direct Recruitment and Internship Training Cum placements

Telephonic Screening

We do Initial Telephonic Screening with the Graduates to understand the Job seeker Requirements , Area of interest and the Domain looking out for and we do check the Graduates Communication and Technical skills set to understand better and to provide the Quality service.

Sharing the Job Requirements

We do share the required Technical Requirements for the Job openings with the Graduate to help them to prepare well and clear the Interviews.

Direct Screening

Candidates will be called for Direct Interviews for the Skills Analysis test which will be of few Rounds i.e. Attitude,Technical and Communication.

Clearing the Interviews

Candidates having the Required Skills who clears the Technical Interview will be send for Direct placements oppurtunities.Furthur the candidates might have clients Interviews through us.Through this we provide the Placement support for the Skilled graduates directly with no need of furthur Training.

Not Clearing the Interviews

Candidates who are not clearing the Interviews will be given Internship Training in Hardware & Netwoking as per the job requirements based on the Clients based syllabus.Candidates will be mould on Technical requirements and making to work in the Projects from the Day one through the REAL TIME INTERSHIP TRAINING.
